Customer Community

Enterprise community — customers, companies, trust

A private space for organizations running FLY Enterprise WAF: SOC tuning, release updates, and direct access to product guidance. Not open source — not a public developer forum.

This page explains how the community works. The actual hub (Teams/Slack, office hours) is invite-only after demo, POC, or contract.

What this community is

    What it is not

      Customer Hub

      Hub structure (invite-only)

When you join, you get access to organized channels — not a public chat room.

      Monthly office hours

Live 30–45 minute session: virtual directories, CSP toggle, false-positive tuning, OpenAPI setup, Reporting → Protection rollout. Q&A with product team.

Schedule shared with hub members only.

      Partners & integrators

VARs and system integrators get a partner kit: deployment checklist, demo environment notes, and co-marketing guidelines after onboarding.

      Apply as partner

      Trust before community

Evaluate the product publicly via our Trust Center — release notes, architecture, security docs, and honest blog. Join the customer hub when you are ready to deploy or already running FLY Enterprise WAF.

      How to join

      Three paths in

      1
      Request demo

See the WAF live — reverse proxy, SOC queue, explainable blocking.

      Request Demo
      2
      Start a POC

Run Reporting mode on your apps; we invite your SOC lead to the hub during POC.

      3
      Existing customer

Contact your account manager or email support with your organization name for hub access.

      Request hub access

      Customer newsletter

Quarterly email for hub members and opted-in contacts: release highlights, known limits, roadmap (honest), and links to new Trust Center articles. Template maintained in the product repo for consistent messaging.
